We re Shperling.ai , a fast-growing startup that uses AI Agents to help companies save resources and achieve strategic goals. Our clients are mid-sized businesses across Europe and the US, and negotiating with top-tier angel funds and accelerators like Alchemist and Antler .

Our leadership team includes:

  • Andrey Taburinsky former VP at Mail.ru
  • Vladimir Gorovoy former Head of ML at Yandex (16 years at the company)

We re on a mission to conquer the global market, and now we need a Business Development Manager who s ready to take on the challenge with us.

Who We re Looking For

  • Startup Experience or Enthusiasm : You ve worked in a startup before or you re burning to jump into the startup scene.
  • Ownership & Results Focus : You re not waiting for instructions you get stuff done.
  • People Skills : Building relationships and sparking conversations with potential clients on another continent? No problem.
  • Fluent English (C1+) : Confident in business terminology and persuasive in your communication.
  • Adaptability : You learn from mistakes and switch gears to get the job done.
  • Initiative & Confidence : You re unafraid to share your ideas and push the envelope.
  • Time to Hustle : You ve got an extra 3 4 hours a day to invest in building your future capital.

What You ll Do

  • Drive the Full Sales Cycle : From prospecting and first contact to closing deals.
  • Use Cutting-Edge Tools : Manage leads using HubSpot, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and ClickUp. Apply an ABM approach to track progress.
  • Experiment with Lead Gen : Utilize modern lead-generation methods and invent your own.
  • Negotiate Internationally : Engage with global companies, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams : Sync with product and prototyping teams for smooth deal execution.
