About the Role

We are looking for a technical business analyst who will act as the key link between business stakeholders and the development team. This role requires a deep understanding of business needs and technical solutions to ensure clear communication, well-structured requirements, and effective implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and formalize business and system requirements, ensuring they are well-documented and structured

• Define key project artifacts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, business process flows, and system interactions

• Analyze requested changes, assessing their impact, risks, and dependencies

• Work closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs

• Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the development lifecycle, including functional and system requirements, architecture descriptions, and integration specifications

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating requirements, and assisting stakeholders in the acceptance process

• Ensure consistency, version control, and traceability of requirements across project iterations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business and system analysis

• Strong understanding of API documentation (REST, Webhooks, GraphQL is a plus)

• Experience with data modeling, database structures (SQL / NoSQL), and JSON/XML formats

• Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, API Keys) and system security principles

• Experience with BPMN / UML for process and system modeling

• Ability to work with Postman / Swagger for API testing

• Basic scripting or query skills (SQL, Python, or Bash) are a plus

• Experience in conversational AI, NLP, or chatbot automation is a plus

Languages

Russian

Fluent English (C1+)

French or Spanish (B2+) is a plus
