We are building a Web3 game Roach Racing Club , where players become managers of biomechanical roaches tied to crypto price feeds. They participate in real-time races, and their success depends on their ability to predict asset price movements.
We turn trading into a fun and accessible activity for everyone, adding a touch of excitement and competition, blending passion and economic incentives within a decentralized model. The project is launched on the Abstract network.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager a team player and fast learner who excels at project management and is ready to start immediately. You will play a crucial role in driving the product vision, managing the team, and ensuring smooth game development under dynamic conditions.
What you ll be doing:
- Oversee the entire game development cycle, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery at every stage
- Cultivate a collaborative and motivated team environment, optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency
- Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning development priorities with company objectives and player expectations
- Work closely with development and design teams to create an engaging and immersive gaming experience
What you'll need:
- Proven experience managing cross-functional development teams in game development or product-oriented IT
- Experience leading projects from concept to launch and post-launch analysis
- Strong understanding of IT product workflows: prioritization, planning, operational control
- Attention to detail, with a strong focus on product quality and user interface design
- Technical background: education or experience as a developer/QA
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills

- Background in game development or fintech
- Familiarity with decentralized applications
