Focused on the Indian market, we are a global iGaming (Online Casino / Betting) company looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

In this role, you won t just be selling you ll be building strong, long-term relationships with our players, understanding their needs, and creating a personalized gaming experience. Your mission is to retain current players, reactivate inactive players, boost engagement, and maximize customer loyalty by becoming their best friend and go-to person.

You ll be doing:

• Engage directly with players via calls to build strong relationships

• Reactivate inactive players by understanding their interests and offering personalized incentives

• Be their best friend! Keep track of their preferences, habits, and even personal details (relatives names, birthdays, favorite brands, interests)

• Boost deposits and retention through a mix of engagement strategies, personalized promotions, and loyalty offers

• Monitor player behavior and identify opportunities to maximize their Lifetime Value (LTV)

• Proactively resolve concerns and ensure an exceptional player experience

• Work closely with internal teams to improve player interactions and engagement strategies

What we need from you:

• At least 2 years of successful experience as a B2C Sales Manager , preferably in Forex, Trading, Fintech, iGaming, or a similar fast-paced industry

• Fluent in English & Hindi/Kannada (other Indian languages are a big plus!)

• Strong communication & negotiation skills you know how to engage, persuade, and retain customers

• A results-driven mindset you take initiative and thrive on hitting targets

• Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free environment

• Analytical skills you understand customer behavior and use insights to increase engagement
