What You ll Be Doing

Managing the Creative Producers Team

Lead a team of producers, designers, and content creators, helping them achieve high results.

Support and develop the team s awareness of new trends and modern approaches.

Creative Leadership and Strategy

Develop a creative strategy focused on producing content that delivers real results.

Create ideas based on data analysis, user behavior, and market trends.

Implement modern approaches and focus on key metrics (CTR, CPA, and others).

Optimizing the Creative Team s Work

Optimize workflows to help the team work faster and more efficiently.

Eliminate obstacles and streamline communication between team members.

Implement tools and methods to enhance productivity and work quality.

Working with Clients

Understand clients goals and offer creative solutions to achieve them.

Lead negotiations and present ideas with a focus on performance results.

Build long-term relationships with clients from different industries, becoming their trusted partner.

Innovation and Scaling

Stay updated on digital and social media trends and apply them to projects.

Use AI and automation to speed up production and improve creative performance.

Continuously test and update content formats to keep them fresh and relevant.

Who We re Looking For:

4+ years of experience working in agencies, performance marketing teams, or UGC content production companies.

Understanding of the nuances of various verticals, from e-commerce to gaming and SaaS.

Experience leading creative teams and fostering an environment for professional growth.

Experience working with AI solutions and creative production automation.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Understanding of modern tools and trends in motion design and video content.
