The company is an international real estate investment fund based in Dubai, with investments across Middle East and Europe.
The candidate can be based from Russia or (preferable) Dubai.
Fluency in English and Russian and experience in legal management of transactions according to UK law are essential requirements of the candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, negotiating, coordinating, and preparing various internal and external agreements (SPA, LA, LOI, SHA, etc.);
- Overseeing internal document management, coordinating the signing, collection, and structured storage of documents;
- Handling KYC requests;
- Maintaining relationships with external legal advisors and overseeing their work;
- Monitoring changes in legal and tax regulations relevant to our company s operations in different jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- A degree in law;
- At least 2 years of experience in law firms or legal departments of investment companies/financial institutions;
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in real estate, investment law, English law, EU law, and international contract law;
- Fluency in Russian and English (especially written) is mandatory.
