We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and enhance the Social Media presence of our rapidly growing B2B procurement platform. Your main goal will be to position the company and the CEO as a thought leader in procurement and foster a powerful professional network among senior procurement executives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic Social Media content (focus on LinkedIn) plan tailored to executive leadership positioning;
- Regularly create and post engaging, high-quality content (text, visuals, video) that aligns with procurement industry trends, insights, and leadership perspectives;
- Actively engage with procurement directors and industry influencers to expand and strengthen the CEO's professional network;
- Monitor Social Media (mainly LinkedIn) analytics to optimize content reach, engagement, and follower growth;
- Coordinate closely with the CEO to capture and amplify their insights, ideas, and thought leadership effectively.

Who We're Looking For:

- Fluent in English with exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills;
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn profiles, ideally for executives or industry leaders;
- Understanding of procurement, supply chain management, or related B2B sectors is a strong advantage;
- Ability to independently generate creative ideas, identify trending topics, and produce compelling professional content;
- Skilled at leveraging LinkedIn tools and analytics to achieve measurable growth in audience and engagement.
