We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and help us expand our market reach.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C and B2B sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a sales team, and identify new business opportunities within the HVAC and refrigeration sectors. As the first hire in the sales department, you will play a key role in setting up and scaling the function from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Develop service plans tailored to client needs.
- Work with our existing customer database by coordinating mailings with offers, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to work on current projects
- Establish and develop the sales department, creating processes and procedures as the first member of the team.
- Analyze market trends and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with large brands and facilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical services industry.
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing or building a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience in developing marketing initiatives, including managing client databases and coordinating promotions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
