We are the Rapid Developers team . Rapid Dev is an industry-leading agency specializing in custom application development on Bubble.io and FlutterFlow. We re committed to delivering impactful digital solutions with precision and efficiency.

Our team is actively growing, and therefore we are looking for an CTO to lead our development team, standardize our processes, mitigate technical risks, and drive continuous improvement. The CTO will be responsible for ensuring technical feasibility in projects, streamlining development, controlling budgets, improving team performance, and preparing the company for new service offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Protect against technical risks in projects.
- Streamline Development by implementing a standardization system.
- Budget control.
- Continuously produce a higher caliber team.
- Prepare us for new service offerings (for ex. to build HIPAA, or build apps on code).
- Continuous improvement out team and our company.

Requirements:

• Strong management skills: - experience leading a development team; - ability to establish processes, manage projects, and ensure team growth.
• Experience in outsourcing.
• Deep technical understanding: knowledge of code-based projects; application architecture (how to build great projects); AI solutions and automation.
• Flexibility and openness to different solutions: willingness to combine NoCode and code for optimal results.
• Ability to balance quality, deadlines, and budget rather than insisting that code is always the best solution.
• Presentation technical solutions to clients and Pre-Sales Skills
• English Proficiency to communicate with clients and partners effectively (C1+).
