I am looking for a Senior BizDev for a company that develops a fintech product for making payments in cryptocurrency for the European market and is going to enter the Asian market.

What tasks are waiting for you:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that meet the company's strategic goals;

• Develop a network of company partners to increase sales;

• Collaborate with the sales department to increase revenue by attracting new customers and increasing sales to existing customers;

• Interact with the product development team to gain insight into market needs and customer feedback.;

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other events that provide networking opportunities, as well as develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the fintech ecosystem;

• Interact with cross-functional teams to implement comprehensive business development strategies;

• Track and analyze key performance indicators related to business development, and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and useful ideas.

And what kind of experience is important:

• Deep understanding of b2b sales, experience in them for the last 4 years ;

• A proven network of potential clients from fintech/ adtech/ hosting/ marketplaces/ SaaS business with access to European and Asian markets ;

• Successful sales in large volumes, conclusion of complex transactions (turnover in 7-digit figures) ;

• The ability to build and maintain productive relationships with external partners and an internal team;

• Strategic thinking that allows you to identify new opportunities and capitalize on them.;

• Result-oriented thinking with experience in achieving and exceeding goals.

• Analytical skills for evaluating market data and making informed decisions.

• The ability to use a CRM system and other necessary business tools;

• Fluency in English at the C1 (Advanced) level.
