We are seeking a part-time Operational Manager with a blend of project management and legal-financial expertise, with potential growth to Operational Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating contracts with legal and tax professionals.
- Overseeing project launches, such as partnership programs. t.me
- Managing data security processes, including internal policy development and compliance checks with the development team.
- Coordinating legal processes across countries, including document preparation for establishing legal entities and transferring intellectual property.
- Organizing documents for audits by investors or internal/external parties.
- Compiling necessary documents for business operations in various countries and ensuring compliance.
- Maintaining a digital database of documents with regular backups and controlled access.

- Developing standard templates for NDAs and partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in operational management within B2B SaaS companies, particularly those operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Dubai, or the USA.
- Strong understanding of enterprise client dynamics and business specifics, including contracts and operations.
- Background in law or finance, preferably both, with the ability to read and interpret legal documents in English.
- Familiarity with financial and tax regulations, and readiness to navigate the legal nuances of different countries.
- Proactive and independent in coordinating work across various departments.
- Fluent in English.
