Epiic is an international company providing website development and SEO optimization services. We started 13 years ago with copywriting and graphic design, and last year, we significantly expanded our range of services.
We operate in the U.S., European, and Australian markets, and our services are in demand by well-known marketing agencies and businesses.
The Epiic team consists of 20 full-time employees and 30 freelancers, and we continue to grow rapidly. We value friendliness, a positive attitude, and active work toward ambitious results.
Currently, due to an increased workload of client projects, we are looking for a Project Manager . The role involves working with English-speaking markets, and if you have proven experience in managing website development projects and speak fluent English, we would love to consider your application.

Our Projects
Our projects involve client website development and optimization . Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing an efficient project management system ( pre-sale, task setting, team coordination, deadline management, testing, production, reporting ).
- Improving and optimizing client communication processes.
- Client communication: regular calls, written correspondence, strategy presentations, and reporting on results.
- Resource and project planning using software similar to Jira .
- Tracking and reporting on tasks and time spent by the team.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Russian (C1 or higher), both spoken and written.
- At least 2 years of experience in website project management (front-end development).
- Knowledge of project methodologies , ability to combine and apply them based on project needs.
- Understanding of HTML, content marketing, and SEO principles .
- Availability to work Monday-Friday from 12 PM - 9 PM (GMT+3) or 1 PM - 10 PM (GMT+3) to align with both the team and U.S. clients.
