Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Partner with business units to understand their data needs and deliver insights that address those needs effectively.
- Understand goals of main departments clearly and help to define and structure KPIs currently measured and new ones which can help to track achievement of the goals
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Data Exploration & Analysis :
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
- Use SQL to explore and validate datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness for analysis.
- Reporting Support :
- Collaborate with business teams to identify reporting needs and provide clear requirements to developers for report creation.
- Use BI tools like Tableau or Power BI to review and interpret data presented in dashboards and reports.
- Data Warehouse Maintenance Support :
- Work with the technical team to understand and validate data within the warehouse, ensuring consistent and accurate integration of data from multiple systems.
Identify opportunities to improve data consistency and processes, ensuring high-quality data is always available.
Qualifications
- Educational Background :
- Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficient in process analysis and KPI decomposition.
- Proficient in SQL for data exploration and validation.
- Strong knowledge of Excel , including advanced features (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis tools).
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
- Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate data-driven insights effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in analyzing data from ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, though technical development will be handled by developers.
- Exposure to data integration tools or cloud-based data platforms is a bonus.
