We are the Rapid Developers team . Rapid Dev is an industry-leading agency specializing in custom application development on Bubble.io and FlutterFlow. We re committed to delivering impactful digital solutions with precision and efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer for a client of ours who can independently manage all Salesforce-related activities for our company. This individual will be solely responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Salesforce solutions to enhance our operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce).
Advanced understanding of Salesforce features , including security, sharing, visibility, data models, and flows.
Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud (Experience Cloud a plus).
Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ ( Products, Features, Options, Configuration Attributes; Product Rules, Pricing Rules, Lookup Queries; Discounting, Contracts, Quote Templates, Renewals)
Experience within Quote-to-Cash processes (Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Zuora Billing preferred).
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively engage stakeholders.
Ability to independently manage Salesforce initiatives with minimal oversight.
Must be able to work and be available during PST hours .

Plus
Salesforce certifications, particularly Salesforce CPQ certification, strongly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent educational background.
Experience with integration platforms, specifically Workato

Responsibilities:
Independently develop, deploy, and maintain comprehensive Salesforce solutions, including:
Salesforce Platform (Security, Sharing, Visibility, Data Models, Flows)
Apex (Triggers, Platform Events, Async Processes, Frameworks & Patterns)
Visualforce Pages, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components
REST and SOAP Web Services (Authentication, Authorization, Patterns)
Manage the entire Salesforce environment, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Conduct thorough code reviews, oversee deployments, resolve merge conflicts, and ensure comprehensive testing.
Accurately estimate project timelines and deliverables, managing Agile SCRUM story sizing.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues using tools such as Developer Console, Workbench, and Salesforce Debug Logs.
Stay abreast of new Salesforce technologies, updates, tools, and industry best practices.
