Job Description:

Build & optimize a B2B sales department from scratch .

Design and implement high-conversion lead generation strategies (full funnel from acquisition to deal closure).

Establish lead qualification and segmentation processes (including CRM integration, analytics, and automation).

Launch partnership programs and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise clients.

Manage and mentor the sales team.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and adjust strategies proactively.

We Expect You to Have:

4+ years in B2B sales or marketing , including leadership roles.

Proven track record in building sales/marketing teams from scratch (case studies showing conversion growth, CAC reduction).

Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau), and marketing automation.

Ability to balance performance marketing with long-term brand building .

Leadership skills : inspire teams and thrive in fast-paced environments.

WEB 3 experience is not required, but a strong advantage.
