You+Baby Studio is a family photography company expanding across the MENA region, and we re looking for a proactive, people-focused non-technical Recruiter to help us find the best talent! If you love connecting with people, setting goals, and seeing the right hires thrive, we d love to meet you.

What You ll Do:

• Write and post job listings, source candidates, and actively headhunt.
• Review resumes, conduct video interviews, and ensure a great fit.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring managers.
• Oversee trials, assist with onboarding, and help new hires settle in.

Who You Are:

• 2 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Passionate about people, highly organized, and eager to grow.
• Adaptable and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving team.
