Requirements:
Proven experience as CPO, VP of Product, or similar leadership role in Fintech, Banking, Digital banking, or Payments.
Deep expertise in credit cards, lending, and digital financial products.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to optimize product performance and drive user growth.
Hands-on experience with digital onboarding, risk management, and customer lifecycle optimization.
Track record of launching and scaling successful financial products in competitive markets.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory; will be assessed during the interview).
