Electronic Engine Control Units are to be manufactured at the subcontractor's production site in Kaliningrad and then delivered to the Car manufacturer
General Purpose of the Position
Calibrate the Engine Management System to meet defined engineering targets or customer specific requirement.
Main Responsibilities
- Integrate and Calibrate AECS EMS on specific engine and vehicle from customer, meet defined engineering target or customer requirement.
Follow EMS development process and working instructions, get calibration job done independently.
Issue engineering reports to customer
- Manage or coordinate the EMS program running matters like timing & technical issues, cost control from technical side to support Management target and company business strategy.
- Communicate with and support to customer to strength the business relationship with customer
Build customer relationship through officially and legally technical support
Leave the conflict request from customer to higher level management
- Support client End Of Line and aftersales technical problem-solving if necessary.
Position Preference
- Bachelor s Degree in Vehicle Engineering or Electronic Engineering or Software Engineering required, Master preferred
- Strong technical knowledge about internal combustion engine including detailed understanding of each vehicle system component, especially the engine, transmission and emission control subsystem
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Willing to continuously learn new technologies
- One of two below:
Certain knowledge about algorithm development and C language
Certain knowledge about electronic product hardware development
- Excellent language skills in oral and written English
