A Dubai women s clothing brand is seeking an experienced senior marketer with a hands-on style to take the startup to new heights. You ll be working independently on the development of marketing and sales in a brand with its own manufactory, showroom and online-shop. We ll be happy to see candidates with experience in a marketing role with the skills suitable to expand the startup on the local market.

Your key responsibilities:
- Conducting data analysis to assess website traffic, social media engagement, and sales performance; market, competitor, and target audience analysis, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities using KPIs, ROI, and conversion rates
- Conducting product testing and assessing audience perception
- Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Establishing brand positioning and unique selling proposition
- Managing brand visual identity, including logo and corporate design
- Designing and implementing promotional campaigns, discounts, and loyalty programs
- Coordinating with PR agencies and facilitating media publications
- Overseeing social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest; developing and managing multimedia content, including photography, videography, and copywriting
- Coordinating internal teams and external contractors, including freelancers, videographers, and agencies
- Monitoring and managing marketing budgets
- Preparing detailed reports on marketing initiatives
- Implementing automated marketing solutions, including CRM and chatbots
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Relevant work experience of at least 3 years in a senior marketing role in fashion or retail
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field
- English language proficiency of B2 or higher
- Ability to work independently and take care of things on your own you re in charge of
- Experience with multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, print, and experiential marketing; proven knowledge of branding, product positioning, and market research methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on ROI and campaign performance; project management skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Expert in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento); online marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads); customer segmentation, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
