SPAYZ.io is a leading global payment service provider, offering innovative payment solutions for clients across Asia, Africa, and Europe. Our services include Open Banking, Payouts, Bank Transfers, E-wallets, Online Banking, and Acquiring services.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to help drive growth in the FinTech and payment solutions sector. If you have a strong network in high-risk industries (Forex, Gambling, Betting, Crypto, etc.) and a proven track record of closing deals, we d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Acquire B2B clients: Leverage your network and proactive sales approach to build new business opportunities;
Close deals: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing;
Develop long-term partnerships: Identify growth opportunities and expand relationships with key partners;
Negotiate at a high level: Represent SPAYZ.io in strategic discussions and deal-making;
Collaborate internally: Work closely with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth deal closures;
Promote SPAYZ.io globally: Expand our partner network and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in FinTech & Payment Solutions sales, with a focus on high-risk industries;
A solid network of clients and partners that you can immediately leverage;
Proven success in sales: consistently met or exceeded KPIs and have a strong reputation within the industry;
Expert knowledge of payment ecosystems, PSP operations, merchant accounts, and risk management;
Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach.
