Our client is a group of companies that provides market-making and community engagement, growth, marketing solutions for web3 companies. integrated seamlessly with clients across the Web3 since 2017.
Currently we are looking for the Key Account Manager!
Responsibilities:
- KPI Churn/Retention/Revenue/Grow;
- Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests;
- Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these;
- Identifying ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities;
- Managing the work and performance of team members e.g. Account Executive;
- Build Customer Success Plans;
- Establish regular touchpoints;
- Develop trusted advisor relationships;
- Conduct account Health Checks;
- Recommend upsell and expansion that will benefit client s needs;
- Work cross-departmentally for solutions;
- Drive communication and advocacy.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in KAM role and strong knowledge of the crypto space;
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work under tight deadlines and shifting client demands;
- Excellent sales and customer service skills;
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in budget and time management;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
