Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen Cyber Staff s brand and attract new clients. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.

What You ll Do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy for lead generation

• Launch and manage cold email/LinkedIn outreach campaigns or lead a team of outreach specialists

• Create targeted content for LinkedIn, landing pages, case studies, and email templates

• Drive inbound traffic via SEO, paid ads, and email marketing

• Set and monitor KPIs to optimize campaign performance and support sales conversion
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in IT outsource or tech recruitment

• Experience working with CIS, Europe, MENA / UAE, USA regions

• Proven expertise in cold outreach (email/LinkedIn) and lead generation

• Strong content creation and copywriting skills in English

• Hands-on experience with SEO and managing paid ad campaigns

• Experience in managing KPIs and performance metrics for lead gen specialists
