We are seeking a skilled freelance Data Analyst to support our project-based data analytics needs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a Looker dashboard that
provides insightful analytics on media activities, website traffic, lower-funnel activities, and
conversion performance across various forms. The analyst will work closely with our marketing and
leadership teams to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a Looker dashboard that consolidates data from multiple sources.
Analyse and interpret data related to media activities, traffic trends, engagement metrics, and
conversion performance.
Track lower-funnel activities, such as lead generation and form completions, to provide indepth
conversion analysis.
Identify trends and patterns that can improve marketing strategies and audience engagement.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting metrics.
Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns
and conversion strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand key performance indicators and
reporting needs.
Insert tags and UTM parameters to track and measure the performance of different
marketing campaigns.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness using tracking data and recommend strategies for
improving marketing efforts.
Requirements:

Conversational English
Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Clarity, HubSpot, and META.
Strong understanding of website ranking and SEO strategies to improve positioning through
content optimization and link building.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a digital marketing or education sector.
Strong proficiency in Looker and data visualization tools.
Understanding of conversion tracking, lower-funnel activities, and customer journey
analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable
insights.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
