We re looking for an experienced technical writer to create and maintain user and integration documentation in Russian and English.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation: user guides, integration manuals, API references, release notes, and help content
• Independently gather information: study requirements and specifications, attend demos, and communicate with the team (developers, analysts, QA, support)
• Create and manage documentation in both Russian and English
• Prepare illustrations, screenshots, GIFs, and diagrams to support written content
• Keep existing documentation up to date as the product evolves
• Help structure and improve the documentation approach and processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer
• Ability to organize your own workflow and drive documentation projects independently
• Excellent command of Russian and strong English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Ability to write clearly and concisely for a technical and non-technical audience
• Strong writing and structuring skills, attention to detail
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with version control systems; basic HTML/CSS is a plus
