As a script writer, your main job is to write scripts for animated music videos and Shorts aimed at 2 5-year-olds. Most of what you ll be writing will be tightly structured. You won t need to write the songs themselves, but you ll often be working closely with lyrics, and mood as your guide.
You ll be given clear direction for each project topic, theme, structure, and production constraints and your task is to bring it all together into a story that s visually engaging, emotionally right for toddlers, and educational in a way that feels natural and fun.
You ll work closely with the Creative Director and the storyboard team. You ll be expected to produce drafts quickly, revise based on feedback, and keep everything aligned with the tone, visual style, and purpose of our content.
A lot of our scripts follow specific categories like plot, environment, transitions, animation beats, and shot ratios so you ll be writing not just the story, but also the technical breakdowns that help the animation team bring it to life.
You ll usually be writing:
2 to 5 minute animated music video scripts (educational or emotional in nature)
30 to 60 second Shorts scripts with high visual engagement
Structured scene breakdowns using our internal categories
