We are looking for a Training Management Lead , a key leadership role in our Training & Development (T&D) department .
This position requires a strong leader who can manage the team of trainers (hard skills, soft skills, sales), oversee strategic planning, and ensure the seamless delivery of training across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
1 Full Ownership of Training Operations
- Lead the end-to-end management of training programs across the company.
- Develop, implement, and refine learning strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of training programs.
- Ensure that all training initiatives are measurable, scalable, and aligned with company goals.
2 Leadership & Team Management
- Manage and develop the internal training team , ensuring their growth and performance.
- Set clear KPIs and expectations for trainers and ensure accountability.
- Organize quarterly training team meetings to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Mentor and coach trainers, helping them enhance their facilitation skills and expertise .
3 Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment
- Work closely with department heads to understand training needs and priorities.
- Act as a key advisor on training and development initiatives across the company.
- Bridge the gap between business goals and learning solutions by aligning training with company strategy.
- Establish a clear and structured system for employees to request training or career development support.
4 Process & Performance Optimization
- Develop structured learning paths for different roles and departments.
- Implement a system for tracking and measuring training effectiveness .
- Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous development processes for employees.
- Optimize training workflows to improve efficiency and impact.
5 Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Introduce new learning methodologies, tools, and approaches .
- Foster a culture of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making in training.
- Stay up to date with the latest L&D trends and best practices.
What We Expect from You
Proven experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, or a similar leadership role.
Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience leading trainers.
Ability to drive strategic learning initiatives while managing day-to-day training operations.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Excellent project management and process optimization skills.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
