Responsibilities:

• Managing instruments in the systems.

• Responding to err/warn in product logs according to a pre-agreed algorithm of actions.

• Developing monitoring dashboards.

• Creating alerts for various market events.

• Monitoring and timely response to news.

• Developing services to automate team activities based on the pre-agreed Terms of Reference.

Qualifications:

• Previous 2+ year experience in Technical L3 Support, Trading Analysis or Trade Support.

• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges.

• Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language: Python/Julia.

• Experience with SQL queries, understanding of join, group by, window function.

• Ability to find and combine information from different sources and promptly report any "oddities" found.

• English B1+.
