With our high-performance infrastructure and customer-focused service, we are a leader in the industry. We are currently seeking a professional Cloud Infrastructure and Datacenter Operations Engineer to strengthen our data center operations.

As a Cloud Infrastructure and Datacenter Operations Engineer , you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our data center. This position involves the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of large-scale and complex network infrastructures. We are looking for an expert to manage and develop Juniper hardware, Proxmox clusters, and Ceph storage systems.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day data center operations, ensuring optimal network performance, server configurations, and Ceph storage management.

Design, deploy, and manage cloud VPS infrastructure and Proxmox cluster environments to support our growing services.

Develop automation solutions for infrastructure management and scaling.

Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.

Create disaster recovery plans and ensure their efficient implementation across data centers and cloud environments.

Configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Juniper hardware.

Configuration and management of Proxmox clusters.

Installation, management, and optimization of Ceph storage systems.

Continuous analysis to monitor and improve network performance.

Management of firewalls, VPNs, and other network security measures.

Collaboration with other technical teams to ensure high reliability and availability of datacenter operations.

Troubleshooting network-related issues and developing new solutions.

Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation, including configurations, diagrams, and processes.

Qualifications

Experience in web hosting or cloud industry is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5+ years of experience in cloud VPS management and data center operations.

Advanced knowledge and experience with Juniper hardware .

In-depth knowledge of Proxmox clusters and Ceph storage systems .

Comprehensive knowledge of network protocols and technologies

Expertise in networking, virtualization, and high-availability setups.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network performance.

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Teamwork orientation and effective communication skills.

Ability to adapt to a high-paced work environment and work in shifts.
