Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Aftersales Manager to join our team. The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase by effectively managing all aftersales interactions, tracking issues, and coordinating with our support team to resolve technical problems.

This role combines the responsibilities of an Aftersales Manager and an Account Manager, meaning the successful candidate must be highly available and responsive, even during national holidays. The ability to handle clients across different regions and time zones is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their needs, challenges, and concerns.

  • Working with clients across different time zones, including evenings, nights, and national holidays.

  • Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Be available and responsive to clients even during national holidays, maintaining a high standard of service.

  • Monitor and track all aftersales cases, including but not limited to crashed drones, hardware malfunctions, and software-related issues.

  • Create detailed tickets for the support team to address clients issues.

  • Ensure timely resolution of cases and provide feedback to clients during and after the resolution process.

  • Regularly generate reports on aftersales issues, their resolutions, and identify patterns to suggest product improvements to the development team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in aftersales, customer support, or a related field (preferably in B2B environments).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Zoho CRM.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with the tools listed above is a plus.

  • Willingness to work across different time zones and be responsive even during holidays.

  • Language Skills: English is required; knowledge of French and/or Spanish would be a strong plus.
