We're looking for a Tax and Migration Advisor to consult our employees on the related matters. It's a part-time job with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tax and migration consulting services to employees from different countries, with a focus on Russian tax regulations
- Assist remote employees in setting up individual entrepreneurship (IE), filing tax declarations, and fulfilling tax reporting obligations
- Offer guidance on international taxation, residency status, and compliance requirements
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions
- Support employees with general tax-related inquiries and provide clear, actionable advice
Requirements:
- Expertise in International and Russian taxation, self-employment/individual taxation, and migration laws
- Experience in providing tax advisory services for remote workers, digital nomads or international employees
- Strong knowledge of migration policies and tax compliance for individuals relocating or working remotely
- Fluency in Russian and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Ability to explain complex tax matters in a clear and structured way
- High level of responsibility, accuracy and ability to provide excellent support to employees
