About the Role
We re looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to support our growing client base. You ll work alongside our Account Executive and Ops teams to onboard new clients, ensure they get the most value out of our products, and help build strong relationships with crypto-native businesses.
This is a great role for someone early in their career who s hungry to learn and ready to grow in the Web3 and fintech space.
What You ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new clients
- Serve as a key point of contact during the post-integration phase
- Track and analyze client activity, usage trends , and support needs using internal dashboards and reports
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams
- Identify opportunities to improve client engagement , retention, and feature adoption
- Take ownership of smaller client-facing projects and continuously improve processes
What We re Looking For
- 0 2 years of experience in account management or client support
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Interest in fintech, crypto, or Web3 (you don t need to be an expert yet!)
- Passion for analytics and a will to do great things
