We are launching a premium series of real estate training courses for agents, starting with a flagship program on Udemy. We re looking for a driven Online Course Manager who will take full ownership of turning raw video materials into a high-converting, professional course and ensure its growth across platforms.
This is not just about managing files you ll be building a full education product from scratch: hiring a team, setting up promotion channels, optimizing for Udemy, and later expanding to other platforms.
Your Responsibilities:
Course Structuring: Review raw video content and create a clear, engaging structure with modules, quizzes, and downloadable materials
Team Building: Hire and manage a small team (video editor, designer, copywriter, course assistant/curators)
Production Oversight: Supervise or execute editing, graphics, subtitling, and upload of content
Platform Setup: Upload and format the course on Udemy and other platforms (e.g. GetCourse, Teachable, Thinkific)
Marketing & Promotion:
Develop a pre-launch and launch strategy
Manage paid ads (or hire experts), email campaigns, and organic promotion
Create and test landing pages (optional but valuable skill)
Sales Growth: Optimize pricing and visibility on Udemy, explore other revenue channels, support affiliate strategies
Student Support: Hire and manage course curators to maintain high course ratings
Launch Management: Set timelines, track KPIs, report weekly to the course creator
Requirements:
Proven experience launching online courses from raw content
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to hire and manage remote freelancers
Experience with marketing funnels, paid traffic, or Udemy SEO is a big advantage
Familiarity with online education tools (Trello, Notion, Canva, Udemy, GetCourse etc.)
Understanding of the real estate industry or agent training is a major plus
Self-motivated, independent, and highly organized

Compensation & Incentives:

We offer:
A small fixed monthly retainer during the production phase (to be discussed based on your experience) - 35.000 roubles per month
A revenue share model: the more we sell, the more you earn.
You ll receive 20% percent of net revenue from each course launch and ongoing sales, split transparently across the team.
