- Tasks and duties
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet organizational objectives (OKR).
- Coordinate resources, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Optimize processes, workflows, and resource allocation to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and standards.
- Supervise and motivate project and operational teams, assigning tasks and setting goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for staff.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and address concerns to maintain positive relationships.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize value.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.
- Identify operational and project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
- Analyze performance metrics to evaluate project and operational success.
- Generate reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Use data to identify trends and opportunities for operational enhancements.
