Responsibilities:
Managing the full cycle of creative production;
Formulating and optimizing production processes;
Monitoring trends in the creative market;
Motivating and managing the creative production team;
Generating new ideas and scenarios, providing feedback during production, analyzing creative effectiveness;
Collaborating with product teams and outsourcing partners.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in mobile game promotion;
Understanding of traffic acquisition principles and performance metrics;
Proficiency in Confluence, Asana, Miro, Syncsketch;
Intermediate level of English or higher;
Portfolio showcasing previous creative work.
