Levstal Group is an Estonian company with a long-standing reputation in metalworking and steel construction. For over 30 years, we've been delivering high-quality solutions in marine and civil infrastructure to clients in Finland, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Austria, Italy, and more. We are now looking for a motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our remote team.

Your responsibilities
Manage and expand the client base
Lead clients through all stages of the sales process, up to contract signing
Prepare and process all necessary documentation (contracts, invoices, etc.)
Maintain client relationships after the sale
Develop expertise in our product and industry
Coordinate with the production team after the contract is signed
Provide regular progress reports to management

What we re looking for
English level C1 or higher (confident in negotiations and written communication)
Proven experience in sales; team leadership or mentoring is a strong advantage
Independence, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset
High level of responsibility and self-organization
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking

Just a heads-up: most of our internal team communication is in Russian, so confident Russian skills are important to stay in sync with the team.
