Now, we re looking for a Junior Blogger Outreach Specialist to boost sales through strategic affiliate partnerships at TikTok Shop.
Your Role:
- Recruit and onboard affiliates (creators, influencers, bloggers) to promote our brands.
- Manage relationships with partners, negotiate terms, and optimize collaborations.
- Track performance metrics (sales, conversions, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop new approaches to attract high-performing affiliates.
- Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends and adapt tactics for maximum impact.
We re Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Analytical mindset ability to interpret KPIs and optimize campaigns.
- Self-motivation and organizational skills you ll manage tasks independently.
- Creativity and adaptability to leverage new trends.
- English (B2+) is necessary you ll communicate with US-based partners.
- Experience in affiliate marketing (TikTok Shop) is a big plus.
