We re looking for a Marketing Assistant who will help our growing international team execute and improve ongoing marketing efforts across digital channels.

What You ll Do:

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns (email, content, social media)

• Manage and update content in marketing tools, CMS, and email platforms

• Coordinate marketing efforts between departments (Design, Support, IT, Logistics)

• Monitor performance of ongoing campaigns and prepare reports

• Research trends, audience behavior, and competitors

• Assist in creating briefs, newsletters, and promotional messages

• Support social media moderation and community engagement

• Maintain and organize internal marketing documentation

What We Expect:

• Strong alignment with our mission and values

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content coordination

• English proficiency B2 level or higher (written and spoken)

• Russian is a plus

• Basic understanding of key marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Sheets, etc.)

• Experience with CRMs or CMSs is a plus (e.g., Zoho, WordPress, HubSpot)

• High attention to detail and good organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
