An international company is looking for a leader to fill the position of VIP Manager!

In this role, you will be at the heart of the action, ensuring our VIP players have an unforgettable experience while handling exciting and complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Retaining and reactivating VIP clients accounts across multiple projects
- Monitoring client activity and granting bonuses in compliance with business and regulatory requirements
- Providing top-tier VIP support across multiple brands via chat, phone, and email

What We Expect from You:
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
- Knowledge of one of the following languages at C1 level or higher is a must: French, Czech, Greek or Spanish
- Customer service superstar you are known for your proactive approach and ability to solve problems with grace and efficiency
- Your experience in customer support, particularly as a VIP Manager, makes you a valuable addition to our team
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and results-driven you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always ready to make things happen
