What You ll Be Doing:

• Supporting and optimizing infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
• Managing and deploying Kubernetes clusters using AKS
• Building robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Leveraging Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Managing GitOps processes with ArgoCD and Kustomize
• Monitoring with Prometheus , Grafana , and ELK/Loki
• Writing automation scripts in Bash or Python
• Troubleshooting infrastructure issues using logs, metrics, and diagnostic tools
• Collaborating closely with developers and engineering teams in a DevOps culture

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud / Infrastructure roles

Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure :

• AKS (Kubernetes), VNets, NSG, Load Balancers
• RBAC, Azure Storage, Azure Monitor

Strong IaC skills with Terraform (modules, remote state, workspaces)

Experience with GitOps and CD pipelines :

• ArgoCD (sync, health checks, ApplicationSets)
• Kustomize (overlays, patching)

Proficiency in Kubernetes :

• Cluster management, security (RBAC, OPA, network policies)
• Troubleshooting with logs and metrics

Solid background in GitLab CI/CD :

• Building pipelines, Auto DevOps, SAST/DAST security scanning

Strong skills in monitoring and logging :

• Prometheus + Grafana (custom metrics, alerts)
• ELK or Loki + Grafana

Confident Linux admin (Ubuntu/RHEL), including hardening and optimization

Automation scripting with Bash and/or Python

Knowledge of English and Russian languages

Bonus Points For:

Experience with Ansible + AWX for orchestration and configuration

Familiarity with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis

Understanding of DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancing

Basic knowledge of Windows Server in hybrid environments

Certifications:

• Microsoft Azure (AZ-104, AZ-400)
• HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate
• Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD)

Familiarity with Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd)

Knowledge of Crossplane or other GitOps tools

Что будет входить в Ваши задачи:

• Поддержка и оптимизация инфраструктуры в Microsoft Azure

• Управление и развёртывание Kubernetes-кластеров с использованием AKS

• Построение надёжных CI/CD пайплайнов с помощью GitLab

• Использование Terraform для подхода Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Настройка GitOps-процессов с ArgoCD и Kustomize

• Мониторинг с использованием Prometheus, Grafana, ELK или Loki

• Написание автоматизационных скриптов на Bash или Python

• Диагностика инфраструктурных проблем с помощью логов, метрик и инструментов

• Тесное взаимодействие с разработчиками и инженерными командами в рамках DevOps-культуры

Что мы ожидаем от Вас:

Не менее 3 лет опыта в роли DevOps / SRE / Cloud / Infrastructure инженера
Глубокое понимание Microsoft Azure:
AKS (Kubernetes), VNets, NSG, Load Balancers
RBAC, Azure Storage, Azure Monitor
Уверенные навыки работы с Terraform (модули, remote state, workspaces)
Опыт в GitOps и CD-пайплайнах:
ArgoCD (синхронизация, health checks, ApplicationSets)
Kustomize (overlays, патчи)
Знание Kubernetes:
Управление кластерами, безопасность (RBAC, OPA, сетевые политики)
Отладка через логи и метрики
