AdvePlay team is part of a large advertising holding, with extensive expertise in the Digital and IT spheres. We are currently successfully building our products in the iGaming sphere, in connection with this we are looking for an experienced and specialist for the position of Retention Manager

According to the conditions:

  • Remote work format, 5/2 schedule + flexible start of the working day;
  • Fixed salary;

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for both individual Campaign creation and the Casino Retention Marketing plans as a whole;

  • Be responsible for delivering on financial and customer-centric KPIs, with particular emphasis on campaign creation, their planning and results;

  • Take ownership of driving the brand vision into reality with regard to retention activities;

  • Take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, from idea generation and briefing & resource allocation to analysis, reporting, and optimization on budget & on time;

  • Analyze player behavior and effectively segment audiences to drive engagement;

  • Manage retention metrics (LTV, Churn Rate, ARPU, etc.), deliver daily reports,

    set actionable goals, and achieve them;

  • Consistently champion an STP (Segment, Target, Profile) approach to driving relevant & timely communication capable of affecting specific customer behaviors;

  • Constantly evaluate the campaigns you are running taking a test, learn & optimise approach to improve efficiency and ROI.

Required skills in:

  • Customer segmentation;
  • Loyalty management, retention rate;
  • Working closely with other Marketing channels to ensure that all campaigns are fully optimized and on-the-site experience along with the customer journeys are consistent;
  • Working closely with the product teams and 3rd party providers to ensure our Retention Marketing is aligned with brand strategies.

We expect you are experienced in:

  • Experience in Online Casino management;
  • Experience in creating Casino Campaigns from idea to budgeting to analyzing;
  • Excellent knowledge of Casino providers and promotional mechanics;
  • High organizational skills. You are used to running projects, coordinating them, and delivering on time;
  • A keen eye for detail and an analytical mind;
  • Exceptionally creative mind;
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills;
  • Knowledge about marketing channels;
  • English fluency.
