The main mission of the Role: to deploy the global strategy in line with the country's culture, in order to get a better foothold in the desired market, acquire new customers and increase sales.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use your analytical skills to create the best financial products on the market

• Take responsibility for the product and its metrics

• Develop metrics to improve products and processes

• Generate insights and new ideas from data

• Conduct research and investigations

• Implement new algorithms in processes

• Create monitoring processes for products and workflows

• Build reports and dashboards

• Improve Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and funnels

• Evaluate the quality and logic of processes

• Analyze operational performance metrics

• Develop motivation schemes for the operational department

• Test hypotheses for process optimization

• Calculate costs and assess efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Risk Analyst

• Very big + experience working with Mexico region

• Bachelor s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory

• Analytical and systematic thinking

• Ability to visualize data and derive actionable conclusions

• Experience in hypothesis testing and validation

• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL

• Excellent communication skills

• English- upper intermediate

• Experience at a high growth Loans or Brokerage.
