We are AffScale, an international company and one of the largest product manufacturers and advertisers in the health & beauty niche in Asia. Our team provides traffic monetization solutions in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, the Philippines, and Thailand.

AffScale is expanding, and we re looking for new talent. We need a Media Buyer with proven experience in launching Facebook or Native advertising campaigns.

Required Experience & Skills:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Nutra, Sweepstakes, or Crypto verticals
• Good communication in Russian (speaking, writing, reading, listening)
• Solid understanding of how Native OR Facebook OR Google Ads work
• Strong grasp of key metrics: CPC, CTR, CR, AR, DR
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and draw data-driven conclusions
• Experience working with multiple ad accounts

• Familiarity with tools like Octo / Fbtool / Binom Basic skills in Photoshop / Canva

Your Responsibilities:

• Create, set up, and launch advertising campaigns
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Collect daily statistics on ad activity
• Analyze competitors and explore new angles
• Search for and test new offers and bundles
• Take ownership of tracking and analyzing campaign data
• Prepare performance reports
