Будет сначала формат группового интервью с Руководителем ( около 5-6 человек), далее с 3-мя успешными кандидатами лично с Руководителем.

Все этапы интервью на английском языке, так как Руководитель англоговорящий.

About the job

Gil Petersil, an international expert on business strategy, effective networking, is searching for a BUSINESS ASSISTANT - an open-minded person who loves to take care of and serve people.

For this position, you must have over 5 years of experience as a business assistant, experience working with an international boss, be attentive to details, have an interest and love for education and self-development, and have high skills of self-organization.

What to expect:

- Working directly with Gil Petersil, Co-owner of MeetPartners

- Working in an international company, a young and friendly team

- Join seminars about startups, people motivation, strategic networking, creative sales

Key responsibilities (in priority):

Working mostly with the Russian market ( leads and clients)

- Relationship management (following up in strict accordance with procedures, nurturing existing and potential clients )

- Scheduling phone calls & meetings with clients/leads

- Managing & following up with business contacts and coaches, working with CRM-system

- Taking meeting notes, controlling on execution

- Assisting the Global Club project ( Tony Robbins Rus ) .

- Doing research upon requests

- Translations when necessary

- Manage additional mini-projects

Requirements:

- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- 5+ years of experience as a business assistant

- Western mindset (experience living or working abroad)

- Experience working with an international boss

- Higher education

- Attention to details

- Excellent time-management skills & resourcefulness

- Ready to take responsibility & ownership

- AI friendly and active user

. If you have experience of working with a media person / a speaker is a significant advantage

Conditions:

- Full time, Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm, possible irregular hours

- Salary from 1 000 USD, to be discussed with the successful candidate + % from brining clients ( up to extra 2000$)
