At Advert Labs , we specialize in internet advertising, browser-based and mobile games. Our primary focus is the support and development of an ad exchange platform, which ranks among the Top 3 largest in the world .

We work with all popular ad formats: popunder, in-page push, web push, native, banners, video , and more. We collaborate with direct advertisers, webmasters, affiliate networks, and arbitrage teams.

Currently, we re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and expand our advertiser base.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating and assisting with the launch of ad campaigns.

• Account management and scaling current advertisers to increase gross revenue.

• Handing off advertisers to CPA/CPM teams.

• Reactivating paused advertisers.

• Collecting feedback and relaying it to Marketing and Operations teams.

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate English and Chinese extensive verbal communication required.

• Experience with postback setup and S2S integration .

• High level of self-organization and results-driven mindset.

• Willingness to work 11 AM 7 PM GMT+8 (China) / 6 AM 2 PM GMT+3 (Moscow) (hybrid or remote work possible).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a similar role.

• Understanding of industry specifics: pricing models, ad formats, and their nuances.

• Knowledge of additional languages.
