About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Community Team Lead to manage and support a team of four international Community Managers located in Brazil, Thailand, and India. This role is critical to driving engagement, maintaining high standards of community interaction, and achieving monetization KPIs across diverse regional markets. You will be the main force behind planning, coordination, and execution ensuring our communities are thriving and aligned with business objectives.
Tasks:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 Community Managers across different regions and time zones.
- Develop and execute monthly community content plans focused on engagement, fun, and KPI delivery.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and other internal teams to create and deliver weekly content packages to Community Managers.
- Oversee daily operations of all community chats: ensure quality communication, adherence to guidelines, and absence of spam or unsolicited content.
- Continuously generate and implement new ideas to enhance user engagement, experience, and community monetization.
- Monitor task execution, provide feedback and guidance, and keep team morale high.
- Track performance metrics and compile weekly reports for upper management.
- Maintain full ownership of all community-related processes, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) essential for clear communication with an international team.
- Proven experience in team leadership capable of task delegation, performance tracking, and providing constructive feedback.
- Solid understanding of the trading industry familiarity with binary options, forex, trading indicators, and the typical community audience.
- Highly organized and accountable strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Goal- and KPI-oriented decisions should be data-driven and results-focused.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges and improving user experience.
