  • Wallet : A secure custodial wallet for storing and managing your crypto assets.

  • Coinhold : A savings product with a fixed annual interest rate of up to 14% .

  • Mining Pool : A service that allows miners to receive regular payouts .


We are growing to help our company succeed. Here are the challenges we have for our new Senior Recruiter:

Speeding up and optimizing hiring processes while maintaining high quality.
Implementing best recruitment practices (incl. AI, chatgpt) and shaping our hiring strategy.
Building strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
Strengthening the employer brand and enhancing sourcing channels.

Vacancies that you can get to work: sales manager, smm, analyst, copywriter or IT direction: programmer, product manager, project manager, development director and others.

You will be a key player in our team, helping us scale hiring, improve processes, and increase recruitment efficiency .

Requirements:

  • An experienced recruiter with 5+ years in recruitment (preferably in IT/Fintech).
  • Someone who can work independently and make decisions .
  • A professional who builds strong relationships with hiring managers .
  • An expert who understands the market and knows how to attract top talent .
  • A partner who doesn t just fill positions but analyzes, suggests improvements, and influences hiring processes .
