Your Responsibilities:

• Lead three departments: Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Success;
• Oversee and be accountable for the company s annual revenue and associated expenses;
• Participate in managing key accounts at a strategic level;
• Communicate directly with senior leadership (CEO/COO) of major clients;
• Personally engage in resolving complex issues with existing customers;
• Analyze the effectiveness of all commercial processes and drive their optimization;
• Develop and implement the commercial growth strategy;
• Manage and develop the team, including the three department heads.

What We Expect From You:

• Deep understanding of all commercial disciplines: lead generation, sales, and customer success;
• Knowledge of current trends in lead generation;
• Proven experience in hands-on sales and high-level client negotiations;
• Strong communication skills with C-level executives (CEO/COO);
• Fluent English proficiency (C1 C2 level);
• Professional and presentable appearance;
• Mandatory hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM;
• Experience managing a team that includes department heads (M3-level managers);
• Ability to operate effectively within a structured system using administrative tools;
• Strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
