VILLACARTE GROUP is an international real estate, development and hospitality group. We create modern residential projects, manage premium properties, develop travel experiences and produce high-quality visual content for luxury audiences.

We are now expanding our production direction and looking for a professional Video Editor experienced in real estate and/or travel content.

Responsibilities

Stay in touch with the editor and respond promptly from 9:00 to 18:00 GMT+3 (starting 1 2 hours later is possible)
Edit videos according to detailed technical briefs following instructions as well as proposing your own creative ideas when needed
Sound editing, color correction, style consistency and dynamic pacing
Create graphic elements (lower thirds, transitions, templates, basic motion graphics in After Effects)
Implement revisions accurately and on time; be ready for several rounds of adjustments

Requirements

Strong command of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition preferred)
Solid understanding of editing rhythm, composition and visual storytelling
Ability to edit sound and perform basic to intermediate color correction
Ability to follow briefs and self-manage quality and deadlines
Priority availability ability to treat our tasks as your main workload
Fast internet and a powerful computer
Russian & English fluent (for materials, communication and briefs)

Nice to Have

Thai or Chinese language skills
Experience with AI tools (video enhancement, graphics, editing automation)
Strong visual taste in real estate, travel, lifestyle or fashion content
