Develops network and infrastructure products (proxies, SDKs, developer tools) used by clients worldwide. Currently seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
Start with a full analysis of current marketing processes; then implement improvements step by step
Plan and launch performance campaigns for proxy and scraping products (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, specialized ad networks)
Scale traffic across key metrics: CPI / CPL / CPA, LTV, ROI
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and offers
Optimize channels based on traffic cost and lead quality
Manage analytics and reporting (GA4, BI tools, campaign tracking)
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch GTM campaigns and test growth hypotheses
Manage budgets and ensure positive ROI across campaigns
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in performance marketing
Proven track record in promoting B2B products or technical services (proxy, scraping, SaaS)
Strong hands-on experience with multiple traffic sources: search, social, media, DSPs
Understanding of the proxy/scraping domain - lead quality factors, sales funnels, audience segmentation
Hands-on experience with GA4, UTM tracking, and BI tools
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Languages: English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher - comfortable working with international documentation, ad platforms, and global teams.
