International Focus

We are actively expanding our international operations and invite Sales Department Managers (Setters and Closers) who are ready to grow with us, earn more , and develop their skills in an environment with top-tier international experts in personal branding, investments , and cryptocurrency. Responsibilities

Participate in sales department head meetings.

Communicate with hot leads: calls, correspondence, work in CRM and corporate chats.

Maintain daily reporting during sales days.

Support and develop long-term partnerships for repeat business and profit growth.

Who We're Looking For

Fluent English proficiency from B2 level and above.

Sociability, responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset.

Experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the international segment).

Experience working with international clients and closing high-ticket sales.

Experience in personal branding, investment, finance, or education niches will be an advantage.

The ability to articulate thoughts clearly and persuasively, negotiate, and close deals.

Readiness to work under a service agreement (IP or self-employed status in the Russian Federation).

Conditions

Remote work, 6/1 schedule.

Income: commission on deals + bonuses and incentives. The minimum income for strong managers is from 200,000 /month (with no upper limit ).

A base salary will be introduced after successful completion of the probation period.

Client communication will be exclusively in English.
